Terms of Use

1. Provider and acceptance

Truckist is provided by AMYTIS GLOBAL, Netherlands. By creating an account or using Truckist, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact: info@truckist.app.

2. Service

Truckist provides features for professional road users that may include truck-oriented routing and navigation, parking information, Community functions, multilingual messaging assistance, profiles, notifications and Premium services.

3. Driving and navigation safety

• Always obey traffic law, road signs, police instructions and applicable vehicle restrictions.
• Do not interact with Truckist while driving when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
• You are responsible for entering accurate vehicle dimensions, weights and truck-profile information.
• Routes, restrictions, traffic, parking information and Community reports can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
• Verify bridge heights, weight and dimension limits, hazardous-goods restrictions, closures, tolls and local access rules before proceeding.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your device and sign-in methods. Community nicknames and profile information may be visible to other users. Do not place sensitive personal information in public profile fields.

5. Community rules

Do not post or send unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, spam, malware or rights-infringing content. Do not impersonate others or use Community features in a way that distracts drivers.

Truckist may restrict, preserve or remove content and may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, moderation, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Truckist a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, display, reproduce and technically process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and provide the service.

7. Parking and Community information

Parking status, reviews and Community information can change quickly. Truckist does not guarantee availability, accessibility, security, legality for your vehicle, suitability for rest-time requirements or accuracy of user reports. Verify current conditions and site rules.

8. Premium subscriptions and 30-day trial

Eligible new Truckist accounts may receive one one-time 30-day Truckist trial. This server-provided trial does not require purchasing a subscription or providing a payment method and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When the trial ends, Premium access ends unless you separately purchase a paid plan.

Paid monthly and yearly Premium plans are separate auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store price and billing period are shown before purchase. A paid subscription renews automatically until cancelled through the store account used for purchase, subject to that store's rules.

Truckist provides Restore Purchases for eligible store purchases.

Deleting your Truckist account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you do not want future renewals, cancel the subscription separately through the relevant store.

9. Account deletion and termination

You may request deletion through Account center or through Truckist's web deletion resource. Truckist may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated Terms violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and legally permitted.

10. Third-party services and availability

Truckist depends on third-party mapping, routing, authentication, cloud, notification, translation and app-store services. Their availability may affect Truckist. Features may change, be suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, licensing, maintenance or product development.

11. Intellectual property

Truckist software, interface, branding and AMYTIS GLOBAL materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

12. Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truckist does not guarantee that every route, restriction, parking report, translation, Community message or third-party data point is complete or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as Truckist or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, appropriate notice.
