Terms of Use

1. Provider and acceptance

Truckist is provided by AMYTIS GLOBAL, Netherlands. By creating an account or using Truckist, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact: info@truckist.app

2. Service

Truckist is a mobile service for professional road users that may include truck-oriented maps/routing, parking information, community functions, multilingual messaging assistance, profiles, notifications and subscription-based features. Features may vary by platform, region, licensing status and release version.

3. Driving and navigation safety

• Always obey road signs, traffic law, police instructions and applicable vehicle restrictions.
• Do not interact with Truckist in a distracting way while driving.
• You are responsible for accurate vehicle dimensions, weight and truck-profile information.
• Routes, restrictions, traffic, parking availability and community reports can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
• Verify that a road, bridge, tunnel, parking facility or restricted area is safe and legal for your vehicle before entering.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and activity through it. Do not impersonate others or use accounts for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Truckist may use supported identity providers such as Google or Apple.

5. Community rules

Do not post or send unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, spam, malware, or rights-infringing content. Truckist may provide reporting and blocking controls and may review, restrict, remove or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain security. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Truckist a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, display, reproduce and technically process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and provide the service.

7. Parking/community information

Driver-provided parking status and reviews can change quickly. Truckist does not guarantee availability, accessibility, security, legality for your vehicle, or suitability for rest-time or regulatory requirements. Verify conditions and site rules.

8. Premium subscriptions and trials

Some functionality may require Premium. Prices, billing periods, included features and introductory offers are shown before purchase. Where Truckist offers a 30-day free trial, eligibility and what happens when it ends will be shown before activation. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase, subject to store rules.

Deleting a Truckist account does not by itself guarantee cancellation of an app-store subscription; cancel it in the relevant store as well if you do not want future renewals.

9. Third-party services

Truckist may rely on mapping/routing, authentication, cloud, notification and app-store billing providers. Their availability and accuracy may affect Truckist and their own terms may apply.

10. Intellectual property

Truckist software, interface, branding, design and other AMYTIS GLOBAL materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

11. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, licensing, maintenance or development, subject to applicable consumer law.

12. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truckist does not guarantee that every route, restriction, parking report, translation, community message or third-party data point is complete or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Truckist and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for serious/repeated Terms violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and legally permitted.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be notified where required.
