Truckist is a mobile platform for professional truck drivers, combining truck-suitable routing, parking discovery and Community features.
Contact support
For technical problems, account questions, billing questions, feedback or other support requests, contact the Truckist team by email.
Email info@truckist.appPlease include a short description of the issue, your device type and app version when relevant. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
Account and privacy
You can manage or request deletion of your Truckist account from the Account Center in the app. Additional account-deletion information is available on our Account Deletion page.

Subscriptions
Truckist Premium subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed through the relevant app-store account. Deleting a Truckist account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
